Quick answer: Tap the app icon until it’s shaking, then tap on the small “X” at the icon left top corner, confirm you want to delete, and done. 🙂

Well, I’m sure most if not all iphone or ios devices owner knew this, but it’s something that we don’t do often, thought some might find it useful.
