Just in case you don’t know. In the past, people use chat feature support from AT&T to get their phone unlocked code, sometime by calling as well. However now a day there’s a specific website for users to request, I believe that you have to be existing current members of AT&T, otherwise there might be a fee. Also the review all request, so if the request appears to be suspicious they might request fees also, I’m not sure, as let say you request for a phone IME that was never registered with your phone #, but by another AT&T customers then it might not work either.
