After battling a flu for nearly two weeks, a week and half to be exact, I think I’m well enough to get back to regular exercise schedule. I was stunted that I loss nearly 20 lbs the first couple of days having a flu, I believe I gained all the back already, now need to get back to exercising. 3 sets of sit up in the morning and 3 sets of sit up in the evening, weight training or weight lifting every other day, just 2 sets of of upper body and arm, and through out the day I think I have enough aerobic exercising.
I feel better when I stick with the frequent exercise routine, feel healthier, look better and off course compliment from others, in fact one of my cousin probably got jealous LOL and he started to work out himself, probably more than I do, probably more than once a day since he doesn’t have much to do other than working and go home and sleep having fun hanging out.
