Daylight saving time change set your clock one hour ahead forward Sunday March 9th 2014

Just in case you forgot! Today Sunday March 9th 2014, it’s daylight saving time changing, set your clock forward one hour. Last night 1AM became 2AM. If you have a computer or mobile devices, most likely it will adjust it for automatically, or at least it will ask you to confirm whether you want the change or not, it will not force you.

To many people it’s an hour loosing. Instead of having an 8 hours sleep, most will have the feeling or actually only had 7 hours of sleeping. That is if you slept at 9PM last night, but actually you slept at 10PM last night. To many others, they don’t care.

In the USA, there is a state that never observe any kind of daylight saving time changing. I believe it was Arizona.
