Updated: 2/14/2013: I got the re-submission address from 4myrebate customer service email, they seems very nice and care about their customer, it’s important to them as indicated on the email, but whether it’s true or not will find out. What I did was re-submit the form and explain what happened and provided the missing barcode label, will see if they will come through. Stay tune 🙂

Updated: 2/13/2013: After several attempts or so tried to email to [email protected] something like that yield successful, so I thought maybe because they shut down their email system at night for security purpose because I kept on getting error email daemon error. So I waited til morning to email them again, but again same error. So I went to their site and saw a help email, I believe it’s a generic email for support at 4myrebate.com So I email them using email [email protected] <[email protected]>; and guess what? they responded within hours and provided me address for resubmission, which I will do soon today if not tomorrow morning, then will update this blog again, so stay tune 🙂

OK, so I would like to blog this to see what’s the outcome going to be. What happened was, I submitted two rebates for two different Zalman products. One was the LQ310 and the other one was the LQ320. I accidentally switched the upc barcode labels.

I found out about it when I tried to submit the other Zalman product, so I made a note and mailed with it. So today I got an email I don’t qualified and were declined both rebate that cost my $80. $80 to me isn’t small, as I’m a hard working person trying making money in a legitimate ways I know how to support me and the family :).

Watch out for Zalman rebates be careful follow directions carefully ensure to submit correct information especially the upc bar code label it could cost you $80

So I immediately went ahead and scanned the wrong or missing upc barcode and tried to email it to [email protected] but got a mailerdaemon message when I tried to send the attachment, I’m thinking maybe they shut down their email system at night time, so I will try again tomorrow. I’m keeping my finger cross and hopefully they will help me correct an honest mistake I made by switching the upc barcode label.

My personal opinion on this is, please give me a chance to fix it, I know what’s the problem is and how to fix it, why wouldn’t they want to help me? Stay tune, I will keep update. Worst case, if they’re not helping me, I’m changing this title blog entry or create  a new entry linked here saying Zalman products rebates from 4myrebate.com is a fraud 🙂 just helping others to watch out for simple mistake that will cost them money and precious time.
