It’s kind of strange, could be system error tied API, or maybe certain limit or criteria, or parameters being use, it might have impact the instant payout request went into pending. Just now, I requested $15 and it goes through instantly. I don’t know if it’s the time of day or what, no one really know. It’s still early to say if problem were intentional because as of now still pending, again give it a couple days before everyone panic.
