Misleading because, prior to this btc-o-matic website, DG said its Founder Stock Holder position can trade their stock on the new stock trading platform, guess what? It never happened. • 3)5 days or more later, you contact them to check the status, they will wait additional 48+ hours to respond to you via email support, because that’s the only way of communication, there isn’t a real office or real phone#
• 4)They respond to your email professional written language, saying that the delay was caused by manufacturer or flaw in the programs since it’s so new, so please wait further, will keep you update. They will keep doing this for a very long time, 5 days, then 5 weeks, then 5 months, and 10 months. Sadly you cannot do anything about it, cannot sue, cannot dispute payment, cannot trace who they are.
