Google glass, very expensive. Oculus rift, can’t see crap when wearing it can only see what’s on the screen. Ah! the Recon Jet, welcome to the world of technology. Those games and robots that you see has radar showing graphics showing up in front of their eye, sometime even x-ray! LOL, ok so the  Recon Jet might be your best alternative as the google glass and oculus rift not readily available yet, however in all, all these are first generation of real wear, much development still needed.

Recon Jet only $499 for now, but will rise to an additional $200 to $1000 soon.
