You can turn off the vibration when typing on the keyboard, but you can not turn off vibration when typing in a phone number. To disable typing vibration just go to Settings, Language and Keyboard, Touch Input, Text Input then uncheck the “vibrate when typing option”. The phone number typing vibration is a HTC standard feature that can`t be disabled.
