Although I’ve been using various programs software tools to boot from usb for windows. However as of today, the best one I believe is WinToBootIC tools. Simply download that program free, and then take your windows iso file (if you don’t have have windows ISO you would need to convert it to ISO first by using poweriso), and then transfer it to USB using the WinToBootIC tools, it’s fast and work great.
Again if you don’t have windows disc converted to ISO yet, you can do easy with PowerISO, if you don’t know or don’t use PowerISO, you can also use Winrar from rarlab, I believe the new version can compressed to ISO, if not then you would need to use POwerISO although many other programs software tools can convert to ISO, any of them would work.
