Now a day with the advance of technology in plastic surgery and other beauty surgery. More and more doctors are getting certified to perform plastic and beauty surgery, including sex change. More and more men and women would like their sex change or want to reveal their true sex, they would probably save up some money and go for the surgery. More surgery operations are being successful, fast, painless, and cheap. Why not? since many had done it reported in confident boosting! bigger breast make them feel more confident, a prettier smile make them feel more socialize and fit in, a young looking body and face speak for itself. However as these are being done and available everywhere now in the world, we can no longer tell if it’s a man or a woman, or lesbian or bi-sexual or sex change or that matter.
