Exercising work out for your health

As I’m approaching to my mid 30s, I can see that body burning less and less calories, especially with the work that I’m doing, sitting in front of the computer all day is pretty bad for the body, I need some physical activities. To the some of you out there, whom got good genes even if you’re fat and not much physical activities you still live healthy and long than other because you have very good genes, for most of us that have very bad genes no matter how much exercise we do, we will still have health problem including aging and died early, it’s mostly from the genes each of us have, I don’t know if I got that genes, oh well! better be safe than sorry. I’ve been starting to exercise, I do 3 sessions of sit up a day, and weight lifting every other day 2 to 3 sets with 3 repetition. Hopefully that’s good enough to keep me healthy, and I am strongly feel that I am healthy, I can sleep better, I feel better, and off course look better 🙂 let keep this consistent :).
