Latest update from coingeneration.com Digital Generation Payza negociation

For everyone whom had been with coingeneration.com for a while now would know the problem with payza. Basically payza giving a lot of problem for many business online, most was due to complaint about the company that use payza service for transactions, and mostly likely tied to hackers hacking other people payza account, as a result payza suspended all transactions and frozen funds balance in the account.

Anyhow back to coingeneration. This latest news seems promising, I was hoping by Sunday August 18th, there would be better news as people can start withdrawing money. But – this is better, within the next 24 hours would see some news, very interesting, hope this is true, I think it’s true but it may take longer time.

Now another side of the story is why does coingeneration posted messages saying to close your dispute with payza, it’s the only way to speed up process? I wonder if the messages coingeneration.com sent was a risk that they’re willing to take? asking people to close their dispute with payza. Isn’t closing dispute with payza allow coingeneration.com to keep the money? and you can never get it back?

Negotiations with Payza
We have received a list of opened disputes against DG and are seeking a way how to expedite these requests. To reduce the workload for Payza staff we have approached them with a proposal to let us perform payouts via API as before. So far Payza has one condition: they ask us to resolve the situation with members on our side first to minimize the number of opened disputes.

Above said, to speed up the process resuming payments for high risk countries members are kindly requested to void their dispute unless intentions to abandon the project still remains. We have assured Payza that all funds in our account will be used for payouts to members and seek their professionalism resolving the present status with pending payments.

As soon as we receive positive feedback from Payza all payouts will be fully instant again. We see no obvious reasons for this turnaround to take a negative scenario and will update all members within the next 24 hours.
