I saw a great deal for $30 at cowboom.com, tried to purchase it with my new rebate credit credit card american express $40, and I already confirmed there were indeed $40 balance, I use it to purchase $30 item at cowboom.com and $30 is the grand total including tax and shipping, by the way I hate the tax since cowboom tied to bestbuy products and bestbuy is everywhere so we all need to pay tax, anyhow, it doesn’t accept my rebate credit card value $40, then I tried my actual credit card it work, so my thought on it, cowboom sucks – sucking taxes and don’t accept certain payment method inclduing paypal and rebate credit card, shop somewhere else people like newegg tigerdirect look on techbargains…
