Up to today, MtGOX still hasn’t fix or update its members yet, specifically in the USA. This applied both in coming and out going bank transfer, wire transfer, in and out the USA, and even Europe, look like mtgox only work in Japan and certain part of Asia, there volume indeed still very high, higher than others. However with the problems that mtGOX have, whatever the reason is, bank transfer most if not all everyone in the USA never able to deposit or withdraw their money, some transactions as old as since July 2013, and the rest are over 3 months old. A lot of users left MtGox, the users no longer have faith or competency of MtGox doing business professionally. The issue started mid 2013, and still has not been rectified, the problem with Bank Transfer, still an issue. When asked support, the respond was within 24-48hrs, but the replied wasn’t anything close to a resolution, in fact poorly replied, and to the point that they’re being irritated forcing the users to cancel the bank transfer and move bitcoin out of mtgox and cash it somewhere else.
Again! I too encountered same issue. In the end I cancelled the transaction withdrawal to my Bank Wire Transfer and move BTC to coinbase and sold it there. Sure there were fees associates, and coinbase have lower price per BTC than mtgox, but sure was a relief to get cash, instead of in limbo at mtgox. Very poor service from mtgox! maybe perhaps a revenge that they’re doing to USA folks due to the facts that the US government shuts down their operation in the USA last year, in additional to Dwolla being shut down doing business with them also.
