Will Bitcoin crashed again deeper with the news of Hong Kong bitcoin exchange disappeared?

By now, you must have heard about the Bitcoin related Exchange in Hong Kong disappeared with half million or so people’s money. Somehow it is related to Bitcoin, or is it Bitcoin Exchange. This is the risk people know about Bitcoin, the unregulated virtual currencies, some now believe it’s really a ponzi scheme scam. NOT! I think not, I don’t think Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme scam. If it is then everyone else on earth is a scam then 🙂

Bitcoin had been in the negative side for over a year now, up a little, big crashed, up a little, big crashed, and kept on doing this for over a year already. Who can save Bitcoin?

Myself and many other Bitcoin enthusiast I’m sure would agreed that Bitcoin will never died, as long as there is one miner or one transaction or one wallet still exist, it will never died, and in fact today it’s next to impossible to get rid of Bitcoin because there are so many wallets already downloaded and active … I’m not going into the detail because I’m not an expert, but I’m sure you know what I mean on how Bitcoin was made and exist.

So with this news on the disappearance of Hong Kong Bitcoin Exchange or so call Mycoin should have cause Bitcoin price to tumble, but surprisingly Bitcoin maintain its $220 mark. What will happen in the next of days or weeks we don’t know. For sure what we know Mycoin Hong Kong Bitcoin disappeared according to the news.

So is Hong Kong Bitcoin Exchange Mycoin similar to Coinbase, Bitstamp and others? Yes, I think so. So if this happened in Hong Kong, can the same thing happen to Coinbase? Yes off course why not? But at least in Americas there are court of law. Will it happen to Coinbase? Yes possibly but for sure there will be some sign of it will fall apart before it will fall apart. What were the indication if any that Hong Kong based Bitcoin Mycoin closing? we could learn from this.

[SCAM} Disturbing responses from Cointellect to its members

I came across many cointellect members receiving this similar respond below. What I got out reading this respond are:

  1. If you dispute with your Bank or Credit card bank about Cointelelct charges. Cointellect will fight your dispute any way it can to keep your money. Cointellect will use its term of service (TOS) to take your money. This is the reason I say, most will win, some may not, depend on how you word your dispute. However at the end of the day with many dispute against Cointellect, most likely Cointellect related entities will be flagged with Banks and credit cards as fraud scam will be blocked from further transactions. You may not get your money back, but at least Cointellect being flagged as suspicious, blocked as merchant transactions.
  2. Notice that Cointellect said, according to their Terms of Service (TOS), they do not guaranteed of profit or the amount your will earn as shown on the table. Therefore Cointellect will use that against you if you file dispute, contact authority, hire a lawyer or whatever, in addition to email to support request refund. However notice that Cointellect didn’t even make payout, sure profit not as much let say $3 a day down to 50 cent a day, but cointellect didn’t even pay 50 cent a day.
  3. In conclusion, what Cointellect said using the Terms of Service (TOS) against you I think is really “bullshit”. Because, if the profit was $3 daily when bitcoin was at $350 or so, now that bitcoin dropped to even $150, the loss in percentage is 50%, so your earning of $3, should be now at $1.50 should be paying out to members, but guess what? as you know over 3 weeks, nothing was paid, how is this Cointellect TOS uses against you, I find it hard to understand, the only way to make sense of this is indeed Cointellect is Ponzi Scheme Scam.

Our Risk Warning on our Terms of Service very clearly states that earnings are not guaranteed and investment in the contracts carries with it inherent risks. You can also see on our homepage and contract purchase page a very clear disclaimer that the numbers displayed as daily earnings are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you do not wish to wait until we solve our payment issues, it is your prerogative to file a charge back from your issuing bank, but we cannot cancel your purchase as it was done knowingly and you accepted the terms upon purchase. You are also free to make a report for the alleged crime, but we are confident that no theft was committed because you knowingly entered into a transaction with us despite the aforementioned risk warnings.

What’s going on at Cointellect what are the staff doing?

First of all. The last message Cointellect posted on its official website cointellect.com was back in January 27, 2014. After that nothing was posted. The payout had been halted for few weeks now. Although some new members are reporting that they got paid a few times at the beginning.

Cointellect could have make this work by being transparent. What are Cointellect really doing, no one really knows. However I believe Cointellect started with the vision and prediction that Bitcoin will go up and or cannot go lower than $350 at the time. Unfortunately Bitcoin crashed down to $200 below $200 at one point, but regained back to $200 and been hovering barely between $200 to $230. Even with all the good news, no way Bitcoin will go up in the next couple years to even $500, however there had been community prediction that Bitcoin will go up to $1000 in 3 years, I’m optimistic.

Now if cointellect being transparent about where the money was invested to give back to the members then today there wouldn’t be so much bad negative reviews impact, and in no way in hell cointellect ever regain it’s reputation. No way! it is broken beyond repairable. Think of you car got, new, nice smooth ride daily commute broad you happiness an joy driving, then one day your car got wrecked beyond repairable, meaning it’s crushed – engine cracked in half ignite in fire, luckily you didn’t get killed. Now thing about that, can you repair that car like new again and expect same value if you are to sell it? I don’t think so. Same concept can be applied for happened to Cointellect. Cointellect is broken beyond repairable. Even if Cointellect is legit, but it’s so bad now not possible regain trust, as more and more un-professionalism being exposed.

If Cointellect members knowing at the beginning that Cointellect are investing in development of future technology for Bitcoin, or invest in low price Bitcoin and sell high, then at least the members knew and if Bitcoin crashed members invested in Cointellect can understand the situation. It’s all about transparencies but Cointellect isn’t talking telling what they’re doing with the money members giving to Cointellect.

Now for the Cointellect Mining Pool, no doubt that there was manipulation to the software such as lowering the difficulty level so the hash rate could earn a lot more than other normal mining pool. Cointellect mining pool is just a gimmick to get members in and see the earning, it’s like a trick, so members have the confident to buy contract assuming the profit is same with Mining Contract as mining pool, I mean 100 times higher profit or earning than any other pools, something wrong there.

Now just lately, a lot of members received respond from Cointellect, giving a refund. Well folks, for Credit card purchases, Cointellect will loose the dispute anyways so yeah they have to make it look legit so hope some members don’t dispute.

I can tell you this, based on my experiences with many previous large scale of ponzi scheme scam, such as Coingeneration, IPUservices, and a bunch of other HYIPs, the ending is the same. Some larger scale of ponzi scheme will tried to keep operation running as long as possible, this is to filter out dispute and at the same time giving old members some hope and new members to join getting paid consistently to get some more money in. It might work, and might not. Some users will fall for it, some may not.

The bottom line is, sadly it’s the users or members fault for loosing the money. Those that purchased Mining Contract via credit card, chances are you will get your money back. Those that paid via Bitcoin, don’t expect anything back. Forget about the gimmick of SwissCard debit card recharge payout, just another way of keeping hope up, Cointellect just killing time with those SwissCard whatever you call it, the process would takes weeks and months and in the end those cards get sent out, but Cointellect disappear from the internet. Cointellect is broken beyond repairable, all negative reviews and comments on the internet, it is not possible for Cointellect to regain confident and its reputation, no way!.

Real earning from Bitcoin and scrypt mining pool?

By now people whom are involved with Bitcoin mining, or any other Alternative coin mining. You would probably know, the earning isn’t much, in fact you’re not making profit, unless you get the mining equipment and free electricity. This is due to the price of Bitcoin fell to $200 and doesn’t look like it’s going up anytime soon. However when Bitcoin goes back up again, your coin will worth more, and sure you’re in the profit margin. So again, if you can afford electricity and mining equipment you know that you’re not making any money today, but in the future maybe when Bitcoin up again, you will profit, just not now.

Then we have the suspicious activities of earning Bitcoins and other alternative coins such as Dogecoin and Litecoin, earning from 10x to 100x time of the hashing power where typically you would really profit mining on a real pool. A lot of people don’t care, because as long as they’re getting paid, willing to take the risk. A lot of people like Ponzi Scheme though, they know it’s a ponzi scheme scam that they will be falling into a trap, but to them it’s fun and willing to take a risk to get as much money as possible and trying to beat scheme. The truth is, some will succeed, but a lot will loose time, effort and money.

If you’re an adventurous person, most likely you will fall into a scheme scam one day. You already have bad feelings, but you’re willing to take a risk anyways, not everyone will loose, but for sure not everyone will win, very small percentage. It is safe to say that people that have experience with ponzi scheme scam most likely to fall for another scam again and again, but each time they learn and will attempt to outsmart and beat the scam again and again. Sometime they loose, sometime they win, to these folks I call them the adventurous. For others, if you have bad feeling, look like a ponzi scheme, operates like a ponzi scheme, and you’re not willing to take the risk, then don’t do it, chances are you will loose your money than winning.

The internet for sure are full of scam, you just have to know and stay away if you don’t like the risk. Save that $100 for a nice dinner with your significant other than putting $100 and expect to get $200 in 100 hours, come on now! that’s flat out a ponzi scheme you’re risking that you will loose your money 99% of the time.

IPUservices Coingeneration now Cointellect all turned out to be Ponzi Scheme

So after Coingeneration.com IPUServices.com Coinbeez and so on, you still not learning anything, Cointellect officially a scam two weeks ago. I’ve mentioned Cointellect operates with ponzi scheme scam methodology to steal your money at the beginning, no one listen I guess.

I wonder how many people out there are still faithful, hopeful that Cointellect will turn around and pay everyone? For those of you that still think Cointellect will pay in full, you need to do your homework and do some reality check. It’s been over two weeks since the majority of the members got paid. The backlog of payout is huge, very big, impossible to pay.

What cointellect doing now is just pulling out some new tricks and whatever left off from under their sleeves to get more investors, or at least killing time to pack up and run away. Cointellect are killing time so that they can dispute with bank as much as they can to dispute against a dispute against their members. In other word if you open a dispute to get your money back from Cointellect, Cointellect will try to fight the dispute as much as they can to get your money using their ever changing TOS. Some of you may loss, some of you may win, depend on how you dispute the charge.

My recommendation for disputing a charge is using the paypal style. Meaning you open a dispute with your credit card company, saying that Cointellect never ship your items, no tracking number or proof of shipment delivery. This way your bank will contact the Cointellect ask them to provide proof of shipment, and if they can’t, they will loose. Now if Cointellect come back and say that they don’t ship the item instead of paying it to you in some other ways like dogecoins, they would be flagged as suspicious.

So what’s next? I mean what will he the next big scam online? I’m not talking about small scam that last just few days, weeks, I’m talking about scam that will last months even a year. Just have to wait and see, Cointellect Coingeneration IPUServices and others are working to start a new scam right now, so I’ll be watching, if anyone knows any I will be happy to investigates.

[SCAM] Cointellect is a ponzi scam just like Coingeneration

Today as I did some extensive research on Cointellect latest activities and the reaction from the Cointellect community. Many affiliates websites closed down, deleted, such as facebook. Many facebook cointellect related to affiliate to cointellect, such as PR manager whatever they call themselves as recruiting members for cointellect deleted their facebook page that tied to cointellect.

Simple reason is because these affiliates members tried to recruits members for cointellect, but in the end, ended up not getting paid, no one is getting paid, if any then it would be pennies to the new members or members that cointellect can manipulate to buy contract using Bitcoin or similar payment method not linked to credit cards.

Credit cards holder, if you purchased mining contract with cointellect, you should immediately contract your bank and get your money back. File a dispute indicate services was not provided as expected and cannot get a hold of Cointellect staff, that’s good enough to dispute the payment.

The latest news about Swiss Card or so call Debitcard, are just to kill time. Kill time to pack up and go. Maybe also their last effort to lure people in buying a mining contract with Bitcoin. Perhaps also having the miners continue to mine at their mining pools so they can pocket more dogecoins.

Once again, if you’re mining at Cointellect Mining Pool, you should stop. If you paid via Credit Cards for mining contract, contact your bank immediately to get your money back. If already profit or already got your ROI (return of investment) back already, then just forget about cointellect and more on, nothing else but scheme and scam fraud will occurs in the next few weeks til cointellect disappear just like coingeneration.com

If you want to take a step further, you can get a hold of badbitcoin.org folks will help you in any way they can to recover your loss or build a case to report them to the authority. The four people in the picture at 2015 Bitcoin Expo some have personal facebook account, and badbitcoin.org claimed they have contact information of cointellect if anyone to go step further to bring cointellect staff to the authority, please contact badbitcoin.org

More update coming as soon I’m doing many observation and interview with many people in chat room and forums, including many social websites.

Cointellect crypto-linked debit cards …?

Cointellect members are reporting a direct email from cointellect.com domain. Appears to be massive email to all members. The subject of this email is “Get your free dogecoin card!” was sent to every members of Cointellect.

I did some research and based on feedback of many members on other forums and blogs, including social media like facebook. It does seems to brought back the hope of getting paid again soon. However note that the message from cointellect does not indicate any date, it could be next month, or few months from today or never.

Cointellect left out the target date does indeed trigger suspicious, there’s a lot that could happen in the next few months. There are speculations from this news.

What we know about Cointellect Debit Card?

  • This debit card appears to be at the 2015 Europe Bitcoin Expo. Cointellect did indeed showed the pictures. And sadly that is all we know.
  • Every member is getting the email with the link to submit a request for the card.

Speculation of what really Cointellect Debit Card is or the intention from Cointellect.

  • How in the world Cointellect can implement this debit card when they cannot fix the Mining Pool, cannot fix Dogecoin instant payout, cannot fix Cryptopay, Cannot fix paypal payout?. Basically all payment frozen for over a week and counting, Cointellect appears to be making up stories as they go along, find reasons for not being able to payout. So now the community trusting Cointellect to roll out debit card? and payout all backlogs for weeks? Impossible, big money laundry indication to the FBI, do you know how much is backlog payout is?
  • Why is there no specific date given to the roll out of debit card? – because Cointellect want some room to extend the roll out date, because of fake unforeseen issues will delay weeks months and many months, in the end will never got rolled out.
  • This announcement is just to keep the Cointellect members calm, so the members don’t report fraud to Credit card company, and sadly it will work. Members that paid for mining contract via Credit Card will hesitate to contact their Credit Card Bank to dispute the amount paid to Cointellect for services not expected to get. Because of this news many members will hesitate to report fraud, it’s just human nature giving chances when new opportunities announced although not happening anytime soon.
  • So why is Cointellect not just shut down and run away? – the answer is WHY? when they can continue to play around with the members. Manipulate the members into limited choices, and sooner or later no choice but to give up, and unfortunately it’s the member’s fault for falling into such scam.
  • How can Cointellect make this all work? – simple answer, continue to payout, even charging 99% fees, but at least having payout consistently, but apparently Cointellect failed to do so, none of the payout work for over a week and counting, some pennies payout to new members so they can buy mining contract scheme. Cointellect kept on making up stories that are broad, generic, that doesn’t makes a lot of sense, but does have some hope for members to stay calm as long as possible.
  • In addition to the above speculation, this could also be a check and balance to see if anyone request for the debit card on the same address.

Final words, Cointellect could have make this work if they continue to pay members, even charging high fees, but mention that the high fees reason due to Bitcoin value or something to that nature, because it’s true, be more transparent, but Cointellect failed to do so. Cointellect could have also say, the high fees will be reimbursed later in the future, partial not fully, still acceptable. Cointellect giving those “bullshit” reasons such as Mining Pool capacitor problems issue, Paypal issue limit, Cryptopay limit are just “bullshit” sadly many members believe these reasons. Those issues are not hard to fix, and if they cannot fixes those issues, then how can Cointellect have the level of competency roll out debit cards? answer me that. Take care folks, until next time, I’m your stupid lack of intelligence blogger as that’s what Coingeneration IPUServices are calling me when I told they’re scam. 🙂

Ponzi Scheme SCAM http://2xcoin.gq/ 2xcoin

People just never learn. I guess some people just like to play with Ponzi Scheme scam that they know they can never win. Sure you win once in a while but you know you will loose it all to another one. You think you can outsmart ponzi but in the end some other ponzi scheme scam will win you. So please, save your money, save your crypto coin, Bitcoin whatever. It’s better to have it in your possession one day it will worth something, then wasting time on these scam sites.

So after cryptodouble, coinsdouble and so on and many many more, you still want to give away money for free huh? Please.

For the newbie, if you don’t know how it’s a ponzi or how this work with 2xcoin.gq? Let me cut to the chase for you. You deposit small amount like 100dogecoin, the owner of the site know you’re testing it, so they will pay you 200doge, and they know you will invest that 200doge or more, the next thing you know is they’re gone disappear and nothing you can do about it. For those that throw in big investment such as 1 BTC, even if it’s first time, and you think they will give 2 BTC? ERRR wrong, they will hold on to your money and never pay crap, and again, nothing you can do about it.

You can report the website to domain register, webhosting and so on, so what? it will just get shut down, again you wasted your time and operator simply start a new one with new stolen credit cards new identity and nothing anyone can do to catch these criminals. The only way really is to spread the words, and let everyone know how to detect ponzi scheme scam.

Next week prediction on Cointellect payout situation

Happy Friday to me to everyone, if anyone is reading 🙂

What we know, and facts about cointellect as of today.

  • Over 90% or more members did not get paid, doesn’t matter if you requested payout for 25 cent, $25, or $2500, nope it’s not going and all did or will get cancelled. Does not matter if you wait a week letting the earning accumulate before requesting payout, that don’t work either. Some new members did get paid, but very small volume and probably just a trick to  lure new members into investing.
  • Cointellect did attended Bitcoin Expo 2015, and they seem to be professional individual well dress, and appears legitimate folks, but again never EVER let those business dress or suit fool you :).
  • Liar: Announcement of instant Dogecoin payout, didn’t even last 4 hours. Cryptopay working, nope didn’t work, some lucky people went through though. Paypal, nope works for a few weeks then problems, then not work. Any payout method works? NONE nada, nothing work as of today, even the Mining Pool. Cointellect reason for not paying was because of limit 🙂 meaning all the members are screwed! don’t you get it? Cointellect telling you out flat “limited payout” weekly, why would anyone invest anymore into this program?
  • Cointellect Mining Pool works, nope, if you’re lucky connected, then you will earn few pennies because the pool will keep on disconnecting you.
  • Cointellect will support you if you have problems paying buying mining contract. If you contact on other issues including payout request, your email will get ignored and off course they cuss at you behind your back LOL ok that’s a joke about cussing.

OK now my prediction based on my research and feedback I got from other people. Some say next week Cointellect have surprise LOL this is just so much like Coingeneration I got the same messages 🙂 So what’s the surprise coming next week?

  • Cointellect News will be published, apologies blah blah blah … these are my funny but real life prediction just like any others BIG ponzi scheme scam out there.
    • Due to the nature of Bitcoin value, we were force to increase 60% fees for withdrawal. It’s a joke but yeah it could happen.
    • Our developer are working hard to integrate new payout prepaid credit card, which will never happen.
    • Our developer are working hard to fix issue with API integrate cryptopay and negociate further with cryptopay. How long already? months
    • We are planning to go public IPO and offering you to buy our stocks, discount price for existing members. 50% off and have some shares of Cointellect stocks. Coingeneration style.
    • Send us more money to buy Bitcoin, it’s so low, when it goes up we will double the profit to you.
    • Use your balance to buy more mining contract at discount price.
    • And a lot more that I can think off what ponzi scheme scam can pull

Well let see what Cointellect have up their sleeves to pull in the next coming weeks. I can tell you for sure, it’s not going to be we will pay you in full, don’t worry, we will pay every single person in full, we have money and balance is great, we’re depositing the money to get you dogecoin payout and so on blah blah. Don’t expect any of those action will be taken, you will never get paid again in full, but instead you will get manipulated in some surprises, again it’s ain’t gonna be paying your earning in full, that is impossible at this time, do you know how much backlog payout is for almost a month already? impossible to make full payout, mark my word, you will not get paid in full and will never will for the remainder of Cointellect life.

Cointellect doing selective payout proving to be fraud SCAM

Just in case you’re wondering what’s going lately? Well it’s the same thing that Coingeneration were doing during the last couple of months of running away, although coingeneration.com website are still up, sort of, and to proof that these people can scam you and nothing you can do about it, they continue to so again and again.

In the case of Cointellect at the moment, payout are pennies and to selective groups of members. These groups of members are new and potentially will reinvest, or invest with bigger money. Each members are now being managed individual, Cointellect have a system of analyzing to predict if the user will reinvest or invest again, if so, the member will get paid.

For cointellect members that already gotten their ROI (return of investment) back already, chances are you will never going to get paid again. For Cointellect members that have large investments paid via Bitcoin, your chances of not getting paid is higher than those that invested in Credit Cards, because with Credit Cards as more and more people are reporting dispute of fraud by Cointellect will shut down Cointellect credit card merchant account, will not hurt them much, but at least now an indication of fraud and filed with banks.

I got a message from cointellect members confirmed that his referrals got paid, but not him. This Cointellect member just purchased a contract lately too. This is to confirm that Cointellect are doing selective payout. Cointellect is a SCAM if they’re doing this and apparently they are doing it, just like Coingeneration.com. Cointellect will be just like Coingeneration.
